There is a $150 vendor fee. Once you have filled out the above form in its entirety, you may print it and send it with the $150.00 registration fee to the address listed below. Please mail by June 30, 2008.

Registration fee will be refunded if vendor provides only compostable food containers and utensils. Click here for resources.

All food vendors are required to have a temporary food permit from Snohomish County Environmental Health Division for Food Services.
