Restoration

The
Natural Resource Department
engages in a variety of restoration activities to aid in salmon
recovery. These include revegetating riparian
buffers, wetland
restoration, depositing large woody debris (LWD) in streams
and rivers, redirecting or reopening stream channels, installing
bridges or fences, and amending culverts inaccessible to migrating
or juvenile fish.
