Absolutely no driving on the Festival grounds while guests are still at the concert.
Spaces: Spaces will be assigned and on-site staff will be available at the new vendor/education check-in booth, next to the information booth, Saturday from 6:30am-10:00am. You may set-up on Friday from 8am-3pm but please be patient as Friday can be very hectic for staff. If you need to set-up outside of these times please contact Tamara directly.
Fire regulations: All food vendors with cooking equipment must have 40B:C extinguishers and have been serviced within one year of event. Your canopy must have “a permanently fixed label bearing the identification of size and fabric or material” (per fire marshal).
Snohomish County Health regulations: All food vendors are required to acquire a temporary food service permit from the Snohomish Health District, located at 3020 Rucker Av, Everett WA 425-339-5250.
State regulations: The Tribe will provide water, 3 compartment sink and gray water disposal station; you are responsible for heating your own water. This will ensure we comply with WAC 246-215-120.
Waste: Recycling, compost, and waste stations will be available on-site.
Parking/Camping: Vendors may camp on the Festival grounds, but if not in a designated camping spot, must have all gear removed prior to opening each day. Please coordinate with Tamara Neuffer if you want to camp on festival grounds at firstname.lastname@example.org or 360-547-2687.
Security: Several security guards will be on Festival grounds Friday through Sunday, but we cannot guarantee safety of your booth. Please take appropriate precautions when closing for the night.
